Nicole Pearce – Vice President

Nicole Pearce has over 19 years of experience as an officer in the United States Navy and as a management consultant, delivering high quality project management and creative problem solving to federal and private sector clients.  Her expertise is in project management and partnering with clients to design and implement organizational effectiveness solutions.

 

With Powell Strategies, Nicole leads business process improvement initiatives. She is passionate about working with organizations focused on improving the lives of veterans and military families.

 

Prior to joining Powell Strategies, Nicole started her career in the Navy as an aircraft mission commander flying the E-2C Hawkeye supporting combat flight operations during Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Following her time in the Navy, Nicole worked as a consultant for a management and strategic consulting firm, where she led projects related to organizational assessment, performance metrics, program design, implementation and evaluation, process improvement, executive coaching, and corporate wellness.

 

Nicole earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from the George Washington University and a B.S. in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy.
