SeaPort-e

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst the SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.

U.S. Small Business Administration

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Powell Strategies is a prime contractor on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention 5-year IDIQ contract, Rapid Communications Services and Support for Sudden and Ongoing Environmental Urgent and Emerging Issues Technical Assistance Support by the Centers. This contract will provide direct support to the National Center for Environmental Health (NCEH), Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), Office of Communication (OC) with integrated marketing and communication services to meet its environmental health communications goals. The IDIQ has five major tasks: (1) Communications Planning; (2) Communications Support; (3) Evaluation Research and Monitoring; (4) Social Media and Digital Communications Support; and (5) Responding to Urgent and Emerging Issues.

Department of Veterans Affairs Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR)

Powell Strategies is a prime contractor on the Department of Veterans Affairs 10-year, $25 billion VECTOR contract vehicle that covers general management and business support services. Under the VECTOR IDIQ contract, Powell Strategies will provide a broad range of professional services that support VA’s efforts to transform its operations to meet current and future VA needs while continuing to support Veterans, their families and caregivers. Powell’s VECTOR contract will support Service Group 2 – Analysis, and Service Group 5 – Supply Chain M.

Electronic Federal Aviation Administration Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST)

Powell Strategies is a prime contractor on a multi-year Multiple Order Agreement for the Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. This professional and support services procurement allows long term acquisition for an expanded array of professional and support services to better serve the requirements of the FAA, and on a limited basis and in the best interest of the Government, all other federal government agencies, nationwide, in an expedited efficient and effective manner. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards.
