Our work involves the full range of communication and management services, including creative planning, new program/product research, writing, and managing client communications, promotions, and public relations, and establishing and maintaining relationships and partnerships.

 

This position demands a versatile self-starter with a strong intellect and initiative, total reliability, and superlative communication skills. The successful candidate will have working knowledge of outreach and engagement and the development and execution of strategic communication plans.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, design, and implement proactive enterprise campaigns
  • Research, organize, write, edit, publish, and present content for enterprise campaigns
  • Prepare remarks and talking points for executive speaking engagements
  • Research, write, and edit nomination materials
  • Interact with key internal contacts frequently to gather and catalog data for use in campaigns or projects
  • Support media and public relations activities as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, and outside agencies

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or Journalism) with 8 years of communications experience and evidence of increasing responsibility
  • Knowledge of federal contracting
  • Demonstrated interaction with executive leadership
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in the planning and execution of proactive communication campaigns for large, complex organizations that engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders
  • Strong executive communications, media relations, and/or public relations background is a plus
  • Experience in developing and managing large-scale, multi-channel communications campaigns preferred
